Calibrated dial on vault equipment.

Verified on arrival. Sealed on the spot.

Nothing enters a GoldenCor vault untested. An outside laboratory assays every item, we seal it in front of the camera, and the record opens the moment it comes through the door.

how it works

Four stages between your door and the vault.

stage-01

Receiving

Metal arrives under armored transport, is weighed and photographed before anyone handles it, and is logged against your account on the spot.

stage-02

Independent assay

An outside laboratory tests purity. The certificate records what was found on that date, by that lab. It is a finding, not a permanent guarantee.

stage-03

Sealing and tagging

Each item goes into a tamper-evident case with its own numbered tag, photographed inside the seal before the case is closed.

stage-04

Vault placement

The item goes into your segregated or allocated space. Location, seal number, certificate, and insurance rider all hang off the same record.

the facility

Vault, records, and the controls between them.

Purpose-built vault halls, not repurposed storage.

Independent power, independent monitoring, and separate halls for segregated and allocated custody. Every visit is scheduled in advance, identity verified at the door, and escorted throughout. There is no walk-in access to any GoldenCor facility.

The record system behind every item.

One record carries the assay certificate, the seal number, the insurance rider, and every movement since intake. You can pull it whenever you want, and so can your auditor or your attorney.

Dual custody built into every movement.

No one person can open a segregated space, break a seal, or release an item. Every action takes two authorized staff and is logged with both names, the time, and the reason it happened.

The documentation

Every certificate states what was found, on what date, and by which laboratory.

An assay is a finding at a point in time. It is not a permanent guarantee, and we do not present it as one. If you want a piece tested again later, we arrange it and issue a new certificate rather than amending the old one.

the numbers

Counted, weighed, and reconciled every quarter.

Four numbers describe how this operation actually runs. All four come from the holdings records and are reconciled against the independent audit before we publish them.
